ECHO Presentation at Sorbonne Université

At the recent ECHO conference at Sorbonne Université in Paris, I presented on the intriguing possibility that certain intelligently directed UAPs may indeed represent manifestations of extraterrestrial intelligence. I discussed data regarding the potential for other sources of life in the universe, and delved deeper into the available evidence surrounding UAPs and their broader implications. Given the sheer enormity and antiquity of our galaxy, the prospect of coming across intelligent machines should not strike us as extraordinary.
